The project review is usually performed after six weeks of work. This is where the Six Sigma Black Belt is able to see the problems from all aspects and draw a plan for solving them. The Black Belts are required by Six Sigma to first review the specifications, data and specifications sheets of the project. From here, they will select the appropriate tools to use in resolving the issue.
Afterward, they will analyze the employees in the organization as to why they are not implementing the selected solution. They will then evaluate whether or not the problem they identified has been solved. Finally, they will discuss the results of their analysis with the customer and present their findings.

It does not focus on training for those who will be using the software during the actual project. It should, however, provide knowledge that the Six Sigma professionals need in order to complete the project.
