The Six Sigma Program will engage all levels of knowledge groups within the business, each participating program will work in concert with various disciplines, at the front and backs of the organization. The program will work closely with selected stakeholders to take significant steps to create positive growth and expand collaborative learning that fosters increased levels of accountability along best site professional development. Students will have the opportunity to participate in two areas of the Six Sigma program that will remain the same for as long as the program is ongoing. The second area of the program is the application of the Six Sigma Design, Innovation and Use Method to the future, incorporating principles of the Four Sigma Model into the Six Sigma program curriculum. The development and implementation of the Six Sigma Project curriculum will open to students all across the region to learn about Six Sigma, its principles for use for business operations, its principles for business growth, and how it can be strengthened and operationalized.
