During this portion of the certification you will be expected to implement the projects within the designated time period. The project managers and employees will be graded on their performance based upon the methodology and the implementation process. You will receive a score based upon the completion of the project.
Once you complete the Six Sigma black belt certification exam, you will become a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Person. In order to become certified you must pass a three-step verification process. First, you must earn four verified points from an accredited provider of the Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam. Second, you must attend and pass a two-hour refresher workshop. Third, you must successfully pass the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification exam.
