Project teams are required to develop Six Sigma project teams that consist of people with diverse levels of expertise. Black Belts and Green Belts oversee projects and determine if improvements are needed. Project managers report to Black Belts and Green Belts and meet with customers and stakeholders. Projects are assigned to employees after receiving project approval and funding.
A six sigma training program consists of two hundred and fifty pages of text and one hundred and eighty pages of detailed training.
