However, I would also suggest that you take this course on the slower side. The reason for this is that you do have to implement these concepts throughout your organization and it takes time to see the full impact of what you’re doing.
However, if you want to get your Lean Six Sigma Certification, take this course online. It has all of the interactivity that you’ll need as well as access to learning resources that you can use throughout the duration of your certification. It’s worth it! Just make sure that you do take your time through the course and learn everything you can.
In fact, I would encourage you to take this course as fast as you can. I’ve seen many people jump into Lean Six Sigma certification with a certain level of enthusiasm that ends up stalling altogether. Don’t let that happen to you.
