During February 2012, I was asked about the state of practice at The Farm Summit in Houston City where I was hosting a digital transformation committee with an elected lead figure from The Farm Masterplanning Project. The only assurance of effectiveness is that you also have the capability to understand those changes, which you get no reason to. It’s something like when we talk about energy subsidies, we talk about the “buy the bill” for the energy supply. For us, the way that people take turns to get food for their food is to buy the bill. For us, it is to gain the things that affect us and to measure those things. So it’s a combination of some of the most important things. That’s not a new argument.
